Girls afternoon!

Me and my baby girl!  Beautiful fall day outside.  I got a lot of my fall flowers cleaned up and Ava spent some fun time playing in the yard...  Mike, she left you a special present on your manicured grass...  I left it there for you.  :-)

Who woulda known...

Note to self...  Goats do not like lead ropes and do not like being led around.  Go figure???
Farrah chewed me out pretty hard for this injustice!!

31 Days of Halloween!!

Yes!  Best time of the year!  Just remember, if the zombie apocalypse happens this year... I've got my new .22 all sited up and ready to go!  Whoop!!

Weird things happen in Wisconsin...

Okay, so we are staking out where the dog kennel is going to go and this creature shows up...  And won't leave!!!!
Random!!!   Apparently Mike has been out trying to get it to come visit again but no luck!!

The Johnson Ranch relocates

The time continues to get closer when the Johnson Ranch will be moving to a new location in Wisconsin.  With the relocation comes many many changes that have been pretty tough...  Lucy and Polly have new homes.  Molly has a new home...  Rasmus will have a new home soon...  It's all pretty sad but we can't dwell.  We have to continue to move forward and love every day!  You never know, it could be your last so away with the stress!!!  Love the beautiful fall and everything it offers!
I thought you might like to see the new ranch.  I have been thinking about a new catchy kennel name that would fit at the new place....  "Cheesehead Mastiffs"....  "Cheesehead Ranch"  "Dead End Ranch"  (that's probably my favorite...)  so I think probably there will be a new blog soon.  I hope you will come with me and continue to be my faithful reader...
So here's the new ranch...  Mike is working on building a dog kennel...  Mid November I heard....  He's also busy building the goat pen...  Absolutely Vital!!!

It will be different.  I'll sure miss my ranch.  A lot of work went into our home so it's tough to leave.  And it's tough looking out into my pasture and seeing no one standing there.  :-(  Sigh...  But love every day.  The new ranch is beautiful...  someday it will be a ranch..  Mark my words, I will have another pony, even if it's a mini...  why?  I can't survive long without the smell of an equine...  And I'll have my little ladies (the goats)...  And most likely a new puppy in December...  Life is a changing...  It never stays the same...  Love every day...  :-)

The last rose...

Here it is...  The last rose of the season.  It always makes me sad...  :-(
